1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StageSnap (“the Service”), operated by StageSnap AI, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StageSnap is an AI-powered virtual staging platform for real estate professionals. The Service allows users to upload photos of real estate spaces and use artificial intelligence to digitally stage, furnish, or otherwise transform those images. We also offer video generation, design coaching, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Upload photos that you do not own or do not have the right to use.
• Upload images containing illegal content, nudity, or personally identifiable information of individuals without consent.
• Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent property listings.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our AI models or infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our explicit written permission.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the photos and images you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant StageSnap a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and transform Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use Your Content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service.

AI-Generated Output: Staged images and videos generated by the Service using Your Content are owned by you, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party licenses.

Our Property: The StageSnap platform, AI models, software, brand, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of StageSnap AI, Inc. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.

6. Subscription & Billing

StageSnap offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at time of purchase.

• Free Plan: Includes a limited number of stagings per month at no charge.
• Pro & Pro + Video Plans: Billed automatically on a recurring basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page and subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
• Free Trial: New paid plan subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods.
• Refunds: All charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Acceptable Use of AI Output

AI-generated staged images are intended as a visual marketing aid. You agree to use AI output responsibly and in compliance with real estate advertising regulations in your jurisdiction. You must not represent AI-staged images as photographs of physical staging or as-built conditions without appropriate disclosure to prospective buyers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StageSnap and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StageSnap AI, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@stagesnap.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
